Yes. Optional blood work and hormone testing are available through our medical and clinical partners when appropriate. Depending on your symptoms and goals, testing may include hormone panels, metabolic markers, cardiovascular markers, nutrient deficiencies, and other health indicators to help provide a more complete picture of your health during perimenopause and menopause.

Progressive strength training and resistance-based exercise are among the most effective ways to support bone health during menopause. Muscle-loading exercises help stimulate bone and improve overall strength, balance, and stability. At ShesPrime, we also use DEXA scanning to help assess bone density and track important health markers over time.
Not at all. ShesPrime is designed for women at all fitness levels, including beginners. Every program starts with an assessment so we can understand your current strength, mobility, experience level, injuries, and goals. Programs are personalized and progressed safely over time.
Yes. Ongoing physiotherapy support is available if needed as part of your personalized care plan. Our physiotherapy team can help address pain, injuries, mobility restrictions, pelvic health concerns, and movement limitations while supporting women in building strength safely and confidently.
Some services provided through physiotherapy, naturopathic medicine, or medical appointments may be eligible for coverage under extended health benefit plans. Coverage varies depending on your provider and policy. We recommend checking directly with your insurance provider for specific details.
