My trainer, Aaron, quickly alleviated all of my insecurities and fears. Prior to joining Prime, I had an appointment booked for Liposuction. After 2 months of commitment I was able to cancel the appointment. It’s now been 4 months and I feel amazing! I’m 51 years old and I’ve never felt healthier, stronger, and proud.
