WHAT IS A RUNNING/GAIT ASSESSMENT?

A running assessment's objective is to check your running form and find any muscular imbalances or problem areas that can be fixed to enhance your running efficiency or ward off injury.

Your standing posture and walking stride may also be evaluated by your kinesiologist or physiotherapist. A functional movement screen may be used to evaluate more movements and find any muscular weaknesses or restrictions in your range of motion. We'll develop a personalized exercise program once we've identified your weak points.
